Manage hospitality operations budgets by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective revenue management strategies. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and improve operational efficiency. Handle guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training programs, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws. Conduct night audits and oversee financial operations including billing accuracy, cash handling, and reporting. Maintain multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with guests and vendors. Develop strategies for managing hospitality operations budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff from various backgrounds. Proven experience in overseeing daily hotel operations with strong supervisory skills in a hospitality setting. Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including revenue management, guest services, and property management systems (PMS). Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, human resources functions, and fostering a positive work environment. Expertise in financial management including budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and managing hospitality operations budgets. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain clear internal communication channels. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally while maintaining high standards of guest relations. Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems to ensure operational accuracy during all shifts. Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and property management software to streamline booking processes.
