Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team at our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of guest relations. Duties Supervise front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes. Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Train, mentor, and lead front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and occupancy levels. Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Promote hotel services and amenities to guests to enhance their stay. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and night audit procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
