This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is ready to help lead our front desk team and provide an excellent guest experience. Requirements & Responsibilities Minimum 2 years of hotel experience required. Previous front desk or supervisory experience preferred. Open availability is required , including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts as needed. Must be on call when needed and willing to cover shifts , including short-notice call-outs. Supervise, train, and support front desk staff. Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, reservations, and payments. Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate billing, payment, and reservation records. Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth hotel operations. Experience with hotel reservation systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office is preferred. Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
