Overview We are seeking an honest, hard working, and organized Hotel Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain the overall smooth functioning of the property. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. A key aspect of this position involves managing staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, check-in processes, and overseeing our online presence to facilitate seamless guest and customer service. Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all teams function effectively and efficiently. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs. Supervise front desk staff and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to uphold quality standards. Maintain an organized and tidy environment at all times. Monitor financial transactions, billing procedures, and supply inventory. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across the property. Respond to Guest reviews in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management, with solid references. Honesty and integrity are a must. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, and staff. Ability to handle guest check-ins efficiently. Must have excellent time management skills Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of hotel management software and basic financial principles is required. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to support hotel operations. Knowledge and vision to consistently upkeep guest interest in choosing our hotel.
