Hotel General Manager Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Elizabeth City, NC We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our 97-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, conveniently located near the beautiful Outer Banks. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Marriott-certified General Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, managing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations Lead, coach, and develop hotel staff Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain Marriott brand standards Manage revenue, expenses, and profitability Ensure compliance with Marriott policies and operational procedures Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall hotel performance
