Job Description Oversee all phases of hotel and hospitality construction projects, from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment. Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and performance. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager - Hotel/Hospitality should have: Proven experience in managing construction projects within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
