Oversee daily care routines like feeding, medicating, grooming, exercise, and playtime—creating happy tails and wagging smiles (must be able to lift large dogs). Table:
A bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of management experience overseeing a team of 10+ employees(required). Hands-on animal care experience and a deep understanding of animal behavior, health, and welfare practices. A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset in a bustling environment. Stellar communication skills and a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead. Financial management expertise, including payroll, budgets, and expense control. Desire to continue education and training with a dynamic pet care organization. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually . Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for participation in company-sponsored benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and other benefits available to eligible employees. #Li-SJ1
