Job Description

Hotel Assistant Manager We are seeking a dependable and guest-focused Hotel Assistant Manager to support daily hotel operations and help maintain excellent service standards. Hotel experience is required. Candidates without prior hotel experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Oversee front-desk and daily hotel operations Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Supervise, train, and support hotel staff Assist with scheduling and shift coverage Monitor room readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance issues Ensure hotel policies and service standards are followed Support the General Manager with administrative and operational duties

Requirements:

Previous hotel experience is a must Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Experience with hotel reservation or property-management systems preferred
