Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team at our Daycare and Pet Resort here at Golden Wood! You will be responsible for overseeing the staff and operations at this location. Providing exceptional leadership skills leading and inspiring the team. We aim to set a culture where everyone desires to work at Golden Wood and are looking for a leader to carry on that legacy. Duties Working in the resort assisting the techs where needed. Participating/oversight of playgroups. Oversight of the location holding all staff accountable to: Pet care Cleanliness of the facility Following through with the Golden Wood systems Exceptional customer service in person, via email, and over the phone Understanding our software, Gingr Train all new resort & daycare techs, and office staff. Hold Annual and 30 Day Reviews with the staff. Experience Previous leadership experience. Previous customer service experience. Previous pet boarding & doggy daycare experience a plus. Ability to understand the different temperaments of dog breeds and how they respond in playgroups. Basic dog grooming - baths, nail trims, ear cleaning. Any previous experience in the veterinary field is a PLUS! Expectations Lead a team well; your team desires for you to lead them. Inspire your team - help them grow in the company and personally. Communicate well to the Leadership Team of Golden Wood with all problems, concerns, issues, and praises. Understand dog health and concerns; take appropriate actions when needed. Follow all Golden Wood systems and hold your team accountable. Golden Wood has created a culture where there is respect and a desire for all team members to come to work. Pay:

$37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
