This role is essential to keeping owner-facing processes accurate, compliant, and on schedule. This is not a clerical role. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable working across departments to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate owner billing, collections, and ownership change workflows Track settlement offers, deed-backs, and dissolution requests through completion Maintain calendars for billing events, owner notices, and critical deadlines Ensure required communications, documentation, and follow-ups occur on time Review owner accounts for accuracy, documentation, and consistency Perform weekly audits of in-house reservations to identify errors or omissions Support resort teams with owner account and reservation questions Administer resort marketing calendars and support owner communication campaigns Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Owner Services, and Resort Management teams Support onboarding of new resorts and operational transitions Identify execution gaps early and escalate issues before timelines are missed Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple resorts Proven follow-through and accountability Comfortable working across departments and systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments
