is looking for an energetic and service-focused Front Office Supervisor . If you enjoy leading a team, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead the front desk team during assigned shifts. Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and daily shift reporting. Monitor guest satisfaction and brand service standards. Support hotel operations and work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. What We're Looking For Previous hotel front desk experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with strong leadership skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
