Tasting Room Manager Storyville Coffee Company - Bainbridge Island, WA Storyville Coffee Company exists to create unforgettable experiences over extraordinary coffee. We're looking for an exceptional leader to manage our Tasting Room, located inside our beautiful Roasting Studio on Bainbridge Island. This is more than a coffee shop management position. You'll lead a team that creates genuine connections, serves world-class coffee, and introduces guests to the passion and craftsmanship behind every Storyville roast. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Tasting Room team Create an exceptional guest experience during every visit Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence Hire, train, schedule, and support team members Ensure consistent execution of Storyville's standards for service, quality, and cleanliness Partner with the Roasting Studio team to create a seamless guest experience Manage daily operations, inventory, scheduling and labor Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Identify opportunities to grow sales while maintaining an outstanding guest experience What We're Looking For Proven leadership or management experience A passion for hospitality and serving people Strong communication and team-building skills High standards for quality, organization, and cleanliness Dependable, positive, and solution-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Coffee knowledge is preferred but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about Storyville coffee. What matters most is your ability to lead people, create exceptional experiences, and inspire your team.
