Full-time, working supervisor Position Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor leads SkyRun's housekeeping, inspection, and Silverthorne laundry operations. This hands-on supervisor trains the inspection team, coordinates daily schedules, verifies property readiness, and works across departments to ensure homes are clean, safe, documented, and ready for guests and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Inspections Train, coach, schedule, and support inspectors; provide clear feedback and hold the team accountable to SkyRun standards. Lead by example and step into inspections, deliveries, or other operational work when needed. Ensure arrival and work-ahead inspections are thorough, accurate, and completed on time. Personally inspect luxury homes, high-priority properties, and homes with special requirements using a white-glove standard. Housekeeping Scheduling & Quality Build and manage housekeeping schedules based on departures, arrivals, owner stays, deep cleans, staffing, and priorities. Monitor daily progress and adjust assignments for call-outs, late departures, early arrivals, weather, and other changes. Inspect clean quality, linens, supplies, presentation, access, temperature, appliances, and overall guest readiness. Resolve deficiencies promptly by coordinating with the housekeeper or crew manager, coaching the team, or correcting the issue when appropriate. Track recurring concerns and work with employees and vendors on corrective action. Maintenance Reporting & Communication Ensure every inspection includes a check for maintenance, safety, damage, missing items, and supply needs—not only cleanliness. Enter clear, timely reports with the correct property, location, priority, description, photos, and troubleshooting completed. Escalate urgent, safety-related, or arrival-impacting issues immediately and confirm a clear handoff. Communicate proactively with the Director of Operations and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, front desk, and management. Laundry & Inventory Oversee the Silverthorne laundry facility, including workflow, organization, cleanliness, safety, and production priorities. Maintain appropriate linen, towel, supply, and inspection-material levels while controlling waste and loss. Coordinate linen pulls, deliveries, special requests, deep-clean needs, and seasonal inventory projects. Report equipment problems and keep the facility, vehicles, tools, and company equipment clean and secure. Performance Expectations Cleans and inspections are completed accurately and on time, with risks communicated before they affect a guest. Homes consistently meet SkyRun standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, supplies, and readiness. Inspectors improve through consistent training, feedback, follow-up, and accountability. Maintenance and damage reports are detailed, correctly prioritized, and actionable. Laundry operations remain organized, stocked, safe, and able to meet demand while labor is used efficiently. Qualifications Three years of housekeeping, inspection, hospitality operations, or related experience preferred; leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong eye for detail and knowledge of professional vacation-rental or hotel cleanliness standards. Ability to train, give respectful feedback, hold others accountable, and build a dependable team. Strong organization, judgment, written communication, and comfort using phones, tablets, computers, and company software. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and dependable transportation. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Schedule & Physical Requirements This position requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, peak arrival/departure periods, and occasional after-hours needs. The employee must be able to work on their feet for a full shift; climb stairs; bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead; safely lift or carry up to 50 pounds; drive between properties; and work in variable mountain conditions.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
