As the Head Housekeeper, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that all areas meet our cleanliness and quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness in all areas. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience through effective communication and teamwork. Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and any maintenance issues that arise. Skills Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments. Strong background in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally. Knowledge of safety practices related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
