This pivotal role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality cleanliness standards that enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and sanitation procedures aligned with industry standards and safety regulations Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service expectations Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across all spaces Enforce health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment for staff Manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster a motivated and high-performing team Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning Prior supervisory or team management experience in a housekeeping or hospitality setting Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively Strong communication skills for managerial interactions, staff supervision, and customer service excellence Familiarity with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating a spotless environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
