Job Summary Bear Branch Cabins is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead our housekeeping operations. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations across our vacation rental properties while ensuring every cabin meets our high standards. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, is highly organized, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and hire housekeeping staff Train and onboard new employees Create and manage weekly cleaning schedules Conduct quality inspections of completed cabin cleans Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies Coordinate with office staff and maintenance team Ensure cabins are guest-ready before check-in Coach and support team members Address performance concerns professionally Improve cleaning systems and efficiency Help clean cabins when needed during busy periods QualificationsRequired Previous leadership or management experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Reliable transportation Ability to use smartphones and basic technology Preferred Housekeeping or hospitality experience Experience managing teams Vacation rental or hotel experience Physical Requirements Walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the day Lift up to 40 pounds Work both indoors and outdoors as needed Schedule Full-time Sunday availability required Weekend and holiday availability as needed Benefits Weekly pay Paid training Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Work in the beautiful
