Duties Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and quality Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and safety procedures in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Oversee the proper handling and storage of chemical agents used for cleaning and floor care, ensuring compliance with safety regulations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and service areas to ensure adherence to hygiene standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and chemical agents; reorder stock as needed Enforce hotel emergency procedures related to sanitation incidents or safety hazards, ensuring swift resolution and reporting Skills Extensive experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services within hospitality environments Strong knowledge of floor cleaning, floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and sanitation protocols Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and steam cleaners Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to SDS guidelines and chemical handling best practices Skilled in manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper safety measures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and team leadership Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and custodial best practices in hospitality settings Join us as a Housekeeping Manager to lead a dedicated team committed to creating a spotless environment that delights our guests.
