Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to quality standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and customer service expectations Monitor cleaning operations including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial tasks to maintain a pristine environment Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness and sanitation standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Enforce safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and equipment operation to protect staff and guests Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments to address issues promptly and improve service delivery Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation management, and commercial cleaning practices Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team supervision, staff training, and management Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff, coordinate tasks, and resolve issues efficiently Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and familiarity with hygiene standards in hospitality environments Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in laundry operations or hospitality housekeeping roles is highly desirable Join us in creating welcoming environments where cleanliness meets excellence!
