The Pineapple Inn is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that our motel is known for. Responsibilities Supervise and support the daily housekeeping staff. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping employees. Create daily room assignments and manage workflow. Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest check-in on time. Monitor inventory of linens, towels, and cleaning supplies. Report maintenance issues promptly. Assist with cleaning rooms as needed during busy periods. Maintain compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in a hotel or motel environment strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift. We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
