We're looking for an energetic, dependable Housekeeping Manager/Front Desk Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety. You'll help lead housekeeping operations, support the team, and step in at the front desk when coverage is needed. No two days are exactly alike—and that's part of the fun.

Schedule:

Thursday - Monday, with open availability. What you'll do Coordinate and support the housekeeping team Help ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness standards Inspect rooms and follow up on maintenance or guest concerns Step in at the front desk to welcome guests and cover missed shifts Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, phone calls, and guest requests Help solve problems calmly and creatively Support the hotel manager with daily operations Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-focused workplace What we're looking for Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative Friendly, professional communication skills Previous hotel, housekeeping, front-desk, or supervisory experience preferred Willingness to work a flexible schedule Ability to move comfortably between administrative work and hands-on hotel duties A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping guests and coworkers Ability to lift, stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday as needed If you're the kind of person who can organize a housekeeping team, calm a frustrated guest, and jump behind the front desk when needed, we'd love to hear from you!
