We are currently seeking a Environmental ServiceDirector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise Housekeeping and Laundry workers - checking and ensuring quality and accuracy to predetermined policies. Supervise work schedules and assignments to ensure sufficient staff to deliver quality services. Assist with departmental work as needed to ensure consistent operation of the department 7 days a week. Enforce departmental policies and procedures; make disciplinary recommendations. Train employees in the use of cleaning supplies and equipment and submit reports and/or suggestions regarding their effectiveness and economy. Supervise the distribution of supplies, linen, personal laundry and equipment, monitor usage, and maintain levels needed for daily operations. Visit residents and staff to gather feedback on service quality. Collect quality improvement data and otherwise participate in quality improvement activities. Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance with OSHA standards. Deal courteously and tactfully with others. Assist and cooperate with employees, supervisors, other departments and the public. Deal courteously with residents, maintaining dignity and respect during each and every interaction.

Requirements:

Experience:

Experience in Environmental Services. Supervisory experience.
