In this energetic role, you will coordinate room assignments, projects and ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, within our exterior/interior and overall hotel guest rooms. Your leadership will inspire staff to deliver exceptional service, maintain a safe environment, and promote a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse cleaning tasks, from routine custodial duties to deep cleaning guest room cleaning projects, all while fostering a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality Hilton Brand Standards Coordinate staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance Train new team members on cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and proper use of equipment Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, sanitation Manage inventory of cleaning supplies Address guest or client concerns promptly with professional customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism across all areas of responsibility. Organization of supply closets, laundry room and housekeeping carts Experience Hilton Experience Preferred Proven supervising experience in housekeeping within hospitality Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience in managing janitorial operations, laundry services Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively coordinate teams and relay instructions clearly.
