This energetic leader will ensure that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of the management team, you will motivate and supervise staff, implement effective cleaning protocols, and uphold safety regulations to create a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, clients, and staff alike. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation efforts across all areas of the facility Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and adherence to safety standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures aligned with industry best practices for commercial or hospitality environments Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; order replacements as needed to maintain operational efficiency Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members while maintaining compliance with health standards Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards are met or exceeded Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives during off-peak hours Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in sanitation and safety regulations Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in commercial or industrial cleaning environments Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively while fostering a positive team atmosphere Strong communication skills essential for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer service interactions Knowledge of cleaning & sanitation management practices, including janitorial procedures and laundry operations Ability to develop efficient workflows, manage inventories, and enforce safety compliance standards Prior experience in managing large-scale cleaning operations or custodial teams is highly desirable Join us as a Housekeeping Manager where your leadership will elevate cleanliness standards while creating a safe, welcoming environment.
