Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team in delivering exceptional sanitation and maintenance services across various facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and foster a positive team environment. As a key leader, you will drive efficiency, uphold high-quality standards, and ensure our spaces remain safe, clean, and welcoming for all clients. Duties Supervise daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including commercial, industrial, and hospitality environments Lead, motivate, and manage cleaning staff to achieve optimal performance and maintain high standards of cleanliness Implement and monitor sanitation procedures in compliance with safety regulations and health guidelines Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper use of cleaning equipment and check supplies Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Communicate effectively with management, staff, and clients to address concerns, report issues, and improve service delivery This person would also be expected to cover open shifts as needed This is a flex shift between 1st shift and 2nd shift work Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services with a focus on supervision or team management Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and foster teamwork Excellent communication skills suitable for managerial interactions with staff and clients Experience in industrial or hospitality cleaning environments preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail One year janitorial experience required Join us to lead a passionate team committed to creating spotless environments that promote health and safety.
