Role:

As Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. You'll oversee the cleanliness of our guest rooms and common areas, and manage our housekeeping team. This role starts at $23.00 per hour and moves to $24.00 after 90 days of successful employment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train housekeeping staff Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash Launder linens and towels Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies Address guest concerns and requests promptly

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting wage of $23.00 per hour, moving to $24.00 after 90 days. Part-time or Full-time hours (depending on volume) Opportunity for growth within the company

Schedule:

Shifts begin at 9:00 AM daily Some weekend availability is required
