Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Specialist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks and possess a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Clean carpets and floors using appropriate equipment Handle waste disposal following proper procedures Follow all health and safety regulations Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored safely. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously. Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Valid driver's license preferred with reliable personal transportation Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to navigate stairs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Skills/Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, carpet cleaning, or related field is preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and floor scrubbers effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
