What You'll Do Professionally clean artificial turf at residential and commercial properties Operate pressure washers, extractors, power brooms, blowers, and other specialized equipment Remove pet odors and restore turf appearance Apply turf infill and other treatment products Communicate professionally with customers on-site Take before and after photos of completed work Keep the company vehicle and equipment clean and organized Represent the Turf Defenders brand with professionalism What We're Looking For Positive attitude Strong work ethic Reliable and dependable Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Detail-oriented Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check Experience is NOT required. We'll teach you everything you need to know. We care much more about attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn than previous experience.
