We are looking for an experienced professional cleaner with hands-on post-construction cleaning experience who is also comfortable performing high-quality residential deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning and standard cleaning. This is not an entry-level cleaning position. Post-construction experience is the primary skill we are hiring for.

$25-$28/hour, based on verified experience

Schedule:

Project-based and variable depending on client demand. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. What you'll work on Projects may include newly built or renovated luxury residences, high-end residential properties, move-ins/outs, deep cleanings and select recurring properties. Typical responsibilities include detailed removal of construction dust, adhesive, paint splatters, cleaning cabinetry and drawers inside and out, kitchens and bathrooms, millwork, fixtures, glass, interior windows, flooring, baseboards and finished surfaces. Technicians must know when to stop and ask before attempting to remove unknown residue from sensitive materials. Who we're looking for We want someone who has real professional cleaning experience beyond basic housekeeping.

Ideal candidates have:

Hands-on interior post-construction cleaning experience Professional residential/deep-cleaning experience Experience around newly installed or delicate finishes Strong attention to detail Good judgment around unfamiliar materials or residue Reliable transportation throughout Los Angeles Strong reliability and communication Ability to work professionally inside high-value private residences Availability for daytime project work Experience with move-in/out cleaning, luxury residential cleaning, estate care, commercial cleaning or interior window detailing is a plus.
