In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our kitchen and facilities remain clean, safe, and highly sanitary. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a spotless work environment. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store baking molds, baking sheets, and reusable baking mats to prepare them for the next use. Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, removing trash, and ensuring the back-of-house meets all health and sanitation standards. Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and surrounding prep areas to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment. Clean, sanitize, and restock the restrooms regularly throughout the shift. Assist the baking/culinary team with basic utility tasks and waste disposal as needed. Qualifications Strong understanding of basic hygiene and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderately heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm, and sometimes wet kitchen environment.
