Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as needed Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies Assist with minor maintenance tasks and facilities upkeep Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions If you are passionate about cleanliness and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for this essential role in our organization.
