Join our team as a Swing Shift Janitorial Services team member in Guerneville, California! Summary As an Evening Janitorial Services team member, you'll play a vital role in keeping facilities clean and welcoming. With at least 2 years of janitorial/custodial experience, you'll help ensure a safe, sanitary environment for our customers. Strong communication skills are important for coordinating tasks and addressing cleaning needs. Schedule Monday and Tuesday

• 3 hrs each (5:30 pm
• 8:30 pm) Wednesday
• 3 hrs (8:00 pm
• 11:00 pm) Thursday and Friday
• 3 hrs each (5:30 pm
• 8:30 pm) Responsibilities Perform assigned cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and restroom upkeep.

Maintain cleanliness in common areas and workspaces. Work with the team to ensure high standards of sanitation and presentation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial janitorial/custodial experience. Effective communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify required) . Must successfully pass a criminal background check , consistent with California law.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$18.50

• $26.

50 per hour , depending on experience. Meal and rest breaks provided in accordance with California labor law. Paid Sick Leave provided in accordance with the California Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act. Consistent evening schedule (great for students or those with daytime commitments).
