00 AM These two projects are located directly next to each other. They could be cleaned by a team of two people working together , or by two individuals, with one cleaner assigned to each project.

—not $79 per house. A team could clean both neighboring Friday projects for a combined total project pay of $144 per cleaning . Alternatively, two individual cleaners could work separately, with one person assigned to the $65 project and the other assigned to the $79 project.

There are no families, pets, or normal household messes. Your job is to keep the model homes and sales offices looking immaculate and ready for potential buyers at all times.

Everyone's idea of what it means to "clean" can be different. At CJ's Model Home Maintenance, cleaning means complete excellence . We expect every area to be thoroughly cleaned, carefully inspected, and left looking immaculate. These are professionally decorated show homes, and even the smallest details matter.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

All cleaning supplies and equipment Supplies and equipment generally stored securely at the jobsite Training for the right people Direct-deposit payments twice per month, on the 10th and 25th Consistent, long-term weekly work Professional cleaning experience is not required. However, you must genuinely enjoy cleaning and be committed to maintaining our high standards.
