Job Description

About the Opportunity The CoBuilders LLC is seeking a dependable independent contractor to provide janitorial services at multiple USDA Forest Service recreation sites in the Granby, Colorado area. This position involves cleaning public restroom facilities located at campgrounds, trailheads, boat ramps, and day-use recreation areas. If you enjoy working independently and outdoors with a predictable schedule, this is an excellent opportunity. Schedule Regular Season (August 1
  • September 18) Monday & Friday Approximately 6 hours per day Shoulder Season (September 19
  • October 31) Monday & Friday Approximately 6 hours per day Winter Season (November 1
  • April 30) Friday only Approximately 6 hours
Work Hours:
Between 6:00 AM and 10 :00 PM Pay $19.50 per hour Approximately $117 per service day Estimated monthly earnings:
Regular & Shoulder Seasons:
Approximately $1,014/month
Winter Season:
Approximately $507/month Paid monthly via direct deposit Responsibilities Clean and sanitize public restroom facilities Empty trash and replace liners Restock restroom supplies Sweep and mop floors Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures Pick up litter around restroom entrances Report maintenance issues or vandalism Complete a simple service checklist after each route Requirements Previous janitorial experience preferred Must be dependable and able to work independently Reliable personal vehicle required to travel between recreation sites Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass any required federal background screening Supplies & Equipment The CoBuilders provide or coordinate all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and contractor-furnished supplies.
