Full Job Description Property Cleaner Job Description:
As part of our property team you will be responsible for keeping buildings clean and orderly condition. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. It is required that you travel to all your properties on a weekly basis. You are one of the "faces of the company" on property, it is imperative that you keep up with your appearance and create a positive atmosphere for our tenants. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, washing walls, dusting vents & removing rubbish. Notifying maintenance of repairs that need to be made in units or common areas. Cleaning of units to prepare them for new tenant move ins. Ensure all common areas are cleaned and free of obstacles & furniture. Cleaning of windows in hallways.
Job Requirements and Skills:
Must have a valid Drivers License Must have a vehicle to drive between properties Strong Communication Skills Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Exceptional Organizational skills Self-Motivated & Self-Directed Multi-tasking Exceptional Time Management Skills Strong problem-solving skills
Strong Team Player Company Related Expectations:
It is expected that you will adhere to the attendance policy, punch in and out of the properties where appropriate and inform your supervisor of any changes to your schedule in a timely manner. Communications between Property Liaison, Maintenance, Turns, Construction & the Office is essential so all teams are aware of tenant matters. Communication with the tenant should be as positive as possible and any issues should be reported to your supervisor immediately.
