As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for efficiently transforming each property after guest departures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help create memorable stays for our guests, fostering positive reviews and repeat bookings. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other tools to achieve a pristine finish on floors and surfaces. Perform heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or supplies to facilitate thorough cleaning. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure the property is fully prepared for incoming guests. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, report any damages or maintenance issues promptly, and adhere to sanitation standards for hospitality environments. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members.
