•We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Daytime Cleaning Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during daytime hours. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will ensure that all spaces meet sanitation standards and look their best. We are flexible with days and hours. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers and pressure washers. Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks, including moving cleaning equipment, restocking supplies and moving minimal furniture. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring facilities are hygienic and presentable at all times. Operate cleaning machinery efficiently, including pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and other custodial equipment. Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, and the proper handling of chemical agents is essential. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools is highly desirable But not necessary. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence during heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment operation is prefered. Strong customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with our customers. Previous experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be considered an asset. Pay:
