Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a motivated and dependable Part-Time Evening Janitorial Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and professional commercial facilities in Kendallville, Indiana. This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule, paid training, employee bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Pay and Benefits $15.00 per hour Consistent Monday-Friday schedule No daytime or weekend hours Paid training Perfect Attendance Bonus after 90 days Employee Referral Bonus Paid travel time when assigned to multiple locations Recognition and advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will be responsible for: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning sinks, countertops, and break-room areas Restocking restroom, break-room, and common-area supplies Emptying trash containers and replacing liners Cleaning trash receptacles as needed Dusting desks, furniture, and other approved surfaces Maintaining clean and organized janitorial closets Using cleaning products and equipment safely Reporting supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to your supervisor What We're Looking For Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance Able to work independently and complete assigned duties Comfortable following written and verbal instructions Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required Willing to learn proper cleaning procedures and product usage Position Requirements Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check Ability to pass an on-site drug screening Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location Valid driver's license if assigned to clean multiple buildings Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift or carry up to 30 pounds Join the Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration team and build your experience with a company that recognizes dependable employees and provides opportunities for growth.
