Cleaning staff keep assigned locations, such as offices, factories, financial institutions, or medical buildings in clean and orderly condition. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Also maintain a level of professionalism regarding punctuality, dependability, and communication.

Basic duties include:

Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules. Take direction and respond to supervision. Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner. Present a professional appearance and conduct. Performs cleaning and sanitation of common areas, touch points, light switches, knobs, etc. Performs general cleaning of bathrooms and breakrooms, general floor maintenance (i.e., mopping, vacuuming) and trash removal Maintains a neat and orderly janitors' closet/area; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Must pass a background check. Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds at a time. Must have access to reliable transportation No felony convictions Must be 18 or older Job type: Part time/Nights Tue,Thurs,Sun No previous experience necessary - will provide training
