Linn Valley Lakes is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Facilities Custodians . In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and welcoming appearance of our community buildings and amenities for members, guests, and staff. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling based on community needs.
Core Responsibilities General Upkeep:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas and offices.
Sanitation:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, bathhouses, and shower facilities.
Waste Management:
Empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and recycling bins across assigned facilities.
Specialized Cleaning:
Deep clean kitchen areas and refrigerators as needed; clean windows and glass surfaces.
Facility Scope:
Maintain various property facilities, including:
POA Office & Maintenance Shop Clubhouse & Cabins Guard House & Community Bathhouses Qualifications & Physical Demands Dependability:
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Attention to
Detail:
Pride in producing clean, sanitized, and presentable facilities.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Lifting:
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30-35 lbs (cleaning supplies, trash bags, equipment).
Schedule Flexibility:
Willingness to work variable shifts, including required weekends and holidays during peak seasonal periods.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
