Easterseals Redwood:

This position, under direction of the Facilities Manager and delegated supervision of the Maintenance Lead, conducts all cleaning, stocking or materials and supplies and responds to all custodial radio calls for Redwood facilities and grounds. The custodian cleans all rooms, common areas, offices and restrooms; performs floor care and maintenance and assists the maintenance staff with buildings and grounds needs as required. This position maintains, in good clean condition, all areas of Redwood; providing a safe, clean, comfortable and well-functioning facility to fulfill the needs of the organization; employees, clients and our visitors. Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in all common areas, program rooms, offices and restrooms daily or as assigned. Skills and abilities must include professional floor care and safe and adequate use of floor polishing and stripping equipment. May be required to close the building, including turning off lights, adjustment of heat/air conditioning, closing of windows and doors, and activation of the security system.
