Carpet Cleaning Technician Schedule:

Hours typically fall between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM , depending on the daily route. Some Saturdays are required based on the schedule, and occasional evening hours may be needed for commercial cleaning projects. Position Overview We're looking for a dependable and motivated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll travel to residential and commercial customer locations to clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other flooring surfaces using professional-grade equipment and cleaning products. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in delivering excellent customer service, and don't mind staying active throughout the day, we'd love to hear from you. While previous carpet cleaning experience is a plus, we're happy to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform carpet and upholstery cleaning services. Meet with customers to understand their cleaning needs and answer any questions. Inspect carpets and flooring to determine the best cleaning method. Apply stain removers and pre-treatment solutions as needed. Safely move furniture to access all areas requiring cleaning. Operate professional carpet cleaning equipment and hand tools to clean carpets, upholstery, and floors. Use drying equipment, including fans and air movers, to speed up the drying process. Return furniture to its original location once cleaning is complete. Recommend additional services or products when appropriate. Provide invoices, collect necessary paperwork, and maintain positive customer relationships. Keep company equipment clean and in good working condition. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous carpet cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Ability to learn and safely use professional cleaning equipment and products. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments. Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the workday. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Ability to move and reposition furniture safely. Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout the day. Able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. IND_orange
