In this vital role, you will perform a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks across commercial facilities, maintaining high standards of sanitation and appearance. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our clients' spaces, making a positive impact every day. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners with precision and care. Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, or equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and proper floor care techniques to ensure a professional appearance. Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks and support custodial operations as needed to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition. Skills Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning roles with knowledge of sanitation standards. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Strong understanding of chemical agent handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following safe lifting practices. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning techniques. Experience with residential painting or general custodial experience is a plus but not required. Pay:
