Our expertise spans nightly cleaning, day porter services, construction cleanup, carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and window cleaning, ensuring facilities are always at their best. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team. This building is a two - level building that is not fully occupied. There are communal spaces to clean and several office spaces that we clean on a 5 day a week basis. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques. Use custodial tools to dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces efficiently. Conduct heavy lifting tasks following safe lifting practices to remove heavy trash items as needed. Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas according to company standards and safety protocols. Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous sanitation coverage. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for resolution. Requirements Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation standards. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper safety practices. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during evening shifts. Customer service orientation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
