- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the mill
- Sweeping, shoveling, and removing sawdust, chips & debris
- Clearing floors, walkways, and work zones around equipment

- Ability to safely perform industrial cleaning using hand tools (brooms, shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Reliability — especially for mandatory weekend shifts
