Job Description

SUMMARY:

RSU 2 is looking for a dependable and caring individual to join our team as our Central Office/ Reed Center Custodian. In this role, you'll play an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming space where our students and staff can learn and thrive each day. RESPONSIBLITIES/QUALIFICATIONS

: Clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas Empty trash and recycling Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Restock supplies as needed Perform light maintenance and report any repair needs Ensure building is secure at the end of shift Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred High school diploma or HiSET

CERTIFICATION

State of Maine Criminal History Records Check Certification of good health by a licensed physician Valid Maine Driver's License

START DATE
