Job Description

We are looking for a cleaner/property caretaker to take care of a 1300 sq. ft. vacation rental/Airbnb) in Hessel, MI. •

MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES

of Hessel, MI•3 bedrooms : 1 Queen, 1 Queen sofa bed, 1 Double + 1 bunkbed (twin over full), toddler bed. 2 bathrooms (full): sink, toilet, shower Washer/Dryer - at the cottage detergent provided

Garbage:

Will need to be put in bins and taken to the street on Wednesday night. NO PETS are allowed. We are looking for a property caretaker who is: 1. Able to clean meticulously and quickly , as you need to in an upscale hotel environment. 2. Hard-working, a solid work ethic is essential. 3. Trust-worthy, you are in someone's home 4. Flexible at times with their work hours, yet are able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 4-5 hour block of time between 10am-4pm) 5. Assist guests, as needed if there are issues during their stay. 5. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must) 6. Able to remove the GARBAGE from the property and place in the shed across the street. 7. Wash the

LAUNDRY:

(Included in the cleaning rate- detergent/dryer sheets provided) 8. Conscientious about always cleaning the grill. 9. Always have a full, back-up propane tank on site . (Paid for with the Freshwater credit card.) 10. Quick communication (within 1 hour) via text, call or email between 9a-8p. The position requires cleaning at the level you would find in an upscale hotel. Minor repairs (or at least noting them) may also be required.
