Monday-Friday 1pm-4:30pm Job Summary Join our dynamic EMS team as a Part-Time General Cleaner in Sarcoxie, MO. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of various facility areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Handle custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to ensure sanitation standards are met Operate floor buffers and other floor care equipment to maintain pristine flooring surfaces Safely handle chemical agents following safety protocols and chemical handling safety procedures Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and hygiene Follow safety protocol adherence during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or custodial cleaning practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and chemical sprayers Ability to handle chemical agents safely and follow chemical handling safety procedures Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors Basic facilities maintenance knowledge, including sanitation and general upkeep tasks Experience with residential painting or porter duties is a plus but not required Embark on a rewarding journey with EMS where your dedication keeps our facilities spotless and safe!
