Job Summary T.P. Howard's Plumbing Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. This position is responsible for cleaning our main office building and shop daily, as well as visiting our secondary office location once per week for routine cleaning. All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided. Responsibilities Empty office trash and replace liners Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Restock soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in all restrooms Clean interior windows, glass doors, and entry doors Wipe down countertops, tables, and other high-touch surfaces Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, break rooms, and conference rooms Travel to a second local office location once per week for routine cleaning Notify management when cleaning supplies need to be replenished Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks, including bending, standing, and walking
