Cleaning Ninjas is Greensboro's premier residential cleaning network. We manage all client acquisition, estimates, customer service, and billing—allowing you to focus strictly on leading your team and executing high-standard cleans. We partner exclusively with Team Leads who bring 1-2 reliable helpers (2-3 people total) .

We take on full-scope inventory:

recurring residences, move-in/move-outs, and heavy deep cleans. Clients hire us specifically to transform heavily used, dirty, and unmaintained properties into pristine condition. Working as a small team keeps your crew safe and gets you in and out of large homes quickly. Teams that maintain high quality and speed regularly unlock more volume and higher effective hourly rates.

What We Provide Consistent Job Volume:

We handle 100% of the sales, scheduling, and payment collection.

Single Weekly Payout:

You receive one weekly direct deposit for all completed jobs; you handle how your crew is paid.

Scalable Schedule:

Accept jobs based on your availability and unlock higher volume as your team proves its speed and quality.

Professional Safety:

Never service large or heavy-condition properties alone.

Position Requirements Experience:

2+ years of professional residential or commercial cleaning leadership.

Established Crew:

Must bring 1-2 reliable helpers/partners (2-3 total team size).

Commercial Gear:

High-suction vacuums, mops, detail tools, and commercial-grade chemicals capable of tackling heavy grime, ovens, and deep cleans efficiently.

Transportation:

Dedicated vehicle equipped for your entire team and gear.

Compliance:

Smartphone for dispatch app, clean background check, and active W-9.
