We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position is essential for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within our operations. Responsibilities Maintaining our dish area. (washing, sanitizing, & putting dishes away) Perform routine zone cleanings and maintenance of work areas, equipment, and tools. Taking out trash. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly. Routine safety checks of temperatures, systems, & processes. Able to help in kitchen support positions if needed. (wrapping cookies, brownies, making mac & cheese, etc.) Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a utility or maintenance role is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Moves at a fast pace. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
